1. STUDY
We first assess the purpose of the form and its technical or production-related constraints, then we work with you to understand your audience: who they are, what they know and don’t know about your program, and what you wish they knew more about.
2. PLAN
We develop a document plan and propose a set of behavioral interventions to support that plan. We then ask for your input to make sure we all agree with the approach.
3. CREATE
We generate a great form that we hope will do everything you want—while recognizing that it will likely require further refinement.
4. TEST
We work with you to develop a test implementation, if at all possible. Based on any feedback from that test, we make further modifications to the form.
5. DELIVER
We deliver the form to you in all of its original file formats, so you can make any further changes required on your end.
